how much realisticaly would it cost to build a 450-500 hp 351 windsor?? i already have the block and me and my dad will do the assembly...but as far as parts go whats a ballpark figure? im figuring around 3k
 
i assume you are speaking n/a? obviously no blower or turbo; but no nitrous? Good heads and a fairly rad cam and you should be there with 11:1. Oh, and don't forget to add in a tornado.
 
yea the motor will be n/a and the price was just for the motor..as far as heads i was thinking goin with either canfield or afr? which would be better?
 
i was looking at the high ports...do i need to get any kind of special header or anytihng to run those in a fox?
