Question for 13-14 shelby gt500 owners or ford techs/gurus

I wanted to know if the front lower valance/ slitter bolts look like these? Not the lower 3 piece air deflector but the one piece that attaches along the front facia

I just pulled one on a car and it looks like that without the shoulder. Not 100% sure that it is stock though.
