I have a pedal assembly from a fox mustang (unsure of the exact year) and a booster from a 95 GT(99% sure its a 95) that I am planning using on my 1951 Ford truck. The booster arm does not line up with the stud on the brake pedal. Are the brake pedals different from the fox, SN95 (5.0) or SN95 (Hydroboost)? I know the fox booster has the eyelet offset and the SN booster is not but I know that people with Foxbodys do the booster swaps.
I cant locate pedal assemblies for a newer Mustang so I cant even really measure the distance of the pedal stud to compare.
Depending on what is different/needs to be changed, I might be looking to do a hydroboost unit or I might pick up a different booster if needed. I am pretty sure a fox booster will work without an issue, its just not the best booster out there.
Does anyone have any insight on this?
