Question about entries on a Carfax report

Why would a one-owner car update/move the registration/title 2 times in 1 day? Does anything logical come to mind, or is it throwing red flags?

Also, supposedly the car is being sold by a dealer now, however the title doesn't show as being transferred to the dealership.
