Pulley removal

So my aluminum March pulley is stuck on the balancer. I tried giving it a little heat and soaking it in WD40 then giving it a light pry. Not budging though, any suggestions? Besides using anti-seize next time.

depends if you want to keep the pulley or not... You can always pull the balancer than work on it from a bench...
