He did my refi. Shaved a few years off the loan and lowered the interest rate.
There was an issue with the escrow and he went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it. Essentially, it was paid by prior mortgage company and the new mortgage sent the payment in as well. The 2nd payment was sitting on my insurance agents desk for about 2 months. Steve figured it out and got me the refunded 2nd escrow payment within a week.
