It looks just like this, but it's black not wood colored. I'm not sure what color it is.
It has a set of balls but no sticks. You'll have to put a new felt on it (you always have to when you move a pool table). You can get the felt for $50 and do it yourself or you can have someone do it for a little bit more. I suggest having someone do it if you've never done one before.
