Not sure how many of you heard, but the dome sold for 536,000 i believe. I know for a fact it was under a million. If i wasnt on my phone i would find and post the article

yea there is a couple threads on it, Adult Swim had a thing during commercials about it, they were rather pissed they didnt know about the auction and said they would turn it into there offices lol

yeah i saw the adult swim commercial about it yesterday between family guy. The city od pontiac turned down the offer of 20 million because they wanted 30 or something like that. Thats what happens when u get greedy

Another great move from Fred Leeb.

This guy did some work for my store and he is a complete tool. 100% useless. He approved a couple of huge jewelry sales for like half the value. Now, with the price of gold where it is, we could have quadrupled what this asshat sold it all for.

I laughed my ass off when he was announced as the emergency financial manager of Pontiac.

Exactly. That place is worthless. You cant do a whole lot with it. I hear the owner wants to do a indoor soccer setup in it. With the new soccer place right around the corner i cant see that being a smart business move. To Maintain that place isn't cheap, Tearing it down isn't cheap either. Not to mention once its tore down, what do you really have? A plot of land in an area where used cars sell for more then houses do.

i kinda figured yearly dues on the place were expensive, but had no idea it was 1.5mil. So fred leeb huh? sounds like a complete moron. Guess ur credentials in Pontiac dont matter.
