So I was Having an issue before where my cooling fans were constantly on, now that I have replaced the Temp sender and the thermostat (second Time Now) the fans do not come on at all unless I turn the a/c on. The temp goes almost all the way to red (260) any Ideas, I have swapped out all relays and fuses and still nothing

Any input would be great,

Well if they come on with the a/c on than its safe to say that the load side of the circuit is good ( fans themselves and wiring going to fans), sound like an issue on the control side. Possible Temp sending unit, connection or pcm
 
I do have access to a scanner last time i scanned it it said thermostat needed replacing so i did ses light went off but now no fans he told me that it may be the pcm also and that thats a pricey fix i guess
