Pole barn builders

Anyone have any suggestions on good pole barn builders in Southern Michigan? Looking to put something around 30x40x12 up on my property. I have a decent sized 3 car garage but with 8ft ceilings, im tired of working on the floor. Ready to retire it to the daily drivers and put something up with a lift or two.

I built my 40 x 28 garage wood frame with the help of John's Lumber. 30 foot was the longest non-custom joist they sold and I want 12" soffits. It was about $7000 for lumber and they charged me $5k to frame it with particle board and home wrap it. I took it from there.

They didn't even care about the size. The only delay was them making me get a letter from DTE about power line clearance since I was within 8 feet of the power lines at the back of the property. The inspector was a dick. When he told them they couldn't pour the footings until we got DTE to sign off on the lines, I tried calling him out because the lines were on my site plan that he signed off on. He told me that it doesnt' matter what he signs off on, it matters what he sees on the isnpection. Dick.

Who did the cement?

grr
Sal of course!

I was looking at windows at Johns Lumber where I had my garage done and they told me that they don't offer construction anymore. I think the market for good builders is really tight right now and Chelsea is probably getting that premium price.
