Plug suggestions?

I have a 11:1 SBF with some AFR 165s on it. The car is still EFI and as of late has been breaking up around 56-5800. Ive gone through everything, plug wires, plugs, cap, checked FP, re-timed it. The timing is set to 19*initial and i believe the EEC adds 18*. Ive tried everything that i can possible think of other than going to a colder plug. The plugs look Lean and have really no color to speak of. I have been running autolite 3924s with a .045 gap. I ran up to our shop and grabbed a set of 23s but out of frusteration just gave up for the night. anyone have any advice?
Thanks in advance.

injectors have maybe 300 miles on them. Im starting to think its floating the valves. When i first fire it up if i go out and beat on it, i can get it to pull clean to 6k now once it warms up its done at around 5600. I free revd it to 5600 and it did the same thing as if it was under a load.

Sounds like a hot plug and too much timing? 2 things making a combo problem?

Maybe try an FR5( a step colder, right?) and pull 3-4 degrees out of it. This should burn not as hot. Plug might start to show color. I'd do that before swapping springs. My .02.

I put the 23s in and problem was still there. When i first got it together it ran really well and had no issues whatsoever. However the motor has been sitting for 4 or 5 yrs with pressure on the valves.

It has an 80MM Pro-m with an AFM load IO. Which again makes me wonder, the load IO has a small light strip on the front that goes from o-100%. I dont think its going all the way to 100% so maybe just maybe the IO is screwed up. Ill have to call AFM to see if its supposed to go to 100 under full load.
