These codes are from a printout I got from Advanced. Yesterday they told me it was a mass air sensor problem. I replaced the mass air sensor and now we have all of these codes. I disconnected the battery and let it sit for about 20 mins while I ate lunch so I know these are the most current.

The problem it has is that at an idle it stumbles real hard and or surges. Sometimes it even dies when sitting in park or at a stop light. If you 2 foot it at the light and give it a slight amount of gas the problem goes away. If I'm driving the vehicle it runs fine like nothing is wrong.

Thank you very much in advance.

Clean the MAF. Also check the voltages for the DPFE sensor. Alot of time they go bad and unmetered EGR gas will cuase low BARO readings. I would personally start with cleaning the MAF and make sure to use the new MAF cleaner. Some of the other aerosol cleaner will destroy the glass bead and then you are into replacement.

For one never trust what some tard from a parts department tells you..

P1000 is normal if a complete drive cycle hasn't been done.

I would think you have a sensor return short to ground\power; I don't remember what way the voltage relates to output on the down streams. I'd crawl under it and look at the rear HEGO's check the harness for scuffing , rubbing abrasions, or the infamous green rot that happens around winter.

Thanks for the advice I'll go get right on it now that I am home from work.

As for the use of the manuals, I really appreciate the offer.
But I now live in South Carolina, and it would be hard to get them.
Stupid me never changed my location profile for the last 2 years its fixed now

Clean the MAF clear the code. Put a few full drive cycles in it and see what comes back. Also disconnect the battery to reset the KAM. Lean conditions will cuase all of those codes to set and the most probable cuase is a dirty MAF or vacum leak.

I everything you guys suggested, and still had the problems.

I got a reply from a guy over on Corral and he called it exactly.
here is his answer.

If its a 2V motor I'd bet money on the PCV line elbow behind the intake being rotted. PCV valve is in the pass. valve cover-follow that line around the back of the motor to where it connects to the intake, theres an elbow at that connection that rots out and causes a good vacuum leak and will set all the codes you listed. If its rotten-just go to the dealer and buy a new line assy.-don't "rig" it. Oh and look to see if the PCV system is heated(parts dept. will want to know),if its heated it will have coolant lines tied into the pcv line. Hope this helps.

That answer was on the money.

Thanks to all who gave me something to work with!

Also on Fords a lot of times a vacuum leak will cause a lean code. Check the DPFE sensor for proper flow and voltage.

Hope this helped.
