I know Mike the photo guy took couple of these, Matt (dirtybird) took some as well, anyone else I forgot to give credit I appologize.


I wanted to thank everyone in the pits who helped us out and to Motown Muscle for putting this event together. There were a ton of you and all gave us advice and helped out in many ways. It was great meeting new faces and seeing some others again.


We managed to pull a new pb out of our 3rd run even runnng with a hurt valvetrain. We pulled a 10.79 @126 our 3rd run laying the engine flat at the 1000' mark. See you next season for some 9 second passes on motor :rockwoot:

Thanks ! I am going to go through the engine and make a few changes. I was trying to keep it a street car but that is going to have to change now. Plans are set to have a bit of head work done,new pistons, more camshaft, 5000 stall, shaft mounted rockers,valve springs, Glidden Super Victor, 4500 holley, 4.56 gear, 28"x 12" slick and a few other minor adjustments. We may even work in a small shot of spray after we meet the 9 second zone just to play with the big dogs.. lol

We were bummed we never even really got to play with the suspension much, we made one adjustment and a small tire pressure change in all 3 runs. Shadow fox and I did want to try for more but ran out of time and broken parts held us up. We feel we had a easy 10.35 pass had we not broken it and had more track time to make changes. Hell the car was way off its best 60' and was still besting old our combos times by huge amounts.

I had nothing but time on my hands today. I am getting things going, I hope your ready for a long winter.
