The bottom end is about done. Eagle crank and rods, Diamond twisted wedge pistons. The heads are out at Dynamic getting the springs and valves checked.

Four bolt mains added to the bottom end (Howard's) should be able to handle the T-trim blower.

I hope to get it buttoned up next weekend, get it in the car soon after and have my brother (pacecarbbc) make me a set of headers.

69' C90e block? I heard those are the only ones that have enough meat to do a 4-bolt, although You can do it to 70-74 from what I'm told

It's a sportsman (SVO) block.
