That's what I wanted to say - swap 'em out with a set of the chrome Ponies it came with and he's got a sick ride and doesn't look like he's trying to follow the masses. Otherwise it looks perfect!
 
he's got the original chrome ponies. the quote to re-do them is roughly $500, i believe. if anybody has a line on that type of work, shoot me a pm. i'd like to help him get it back to it's original lustre.....
 
I haven't priced chroming rims, but that seems like a good price considering the cost of chrome plating nowadays. I've spent $50 for a piece that fits in the palm of my hand, nevermind a wheel.
 
Looks like a nice ride for sure. A friend of mine used to have one in this color combo; he sold it recently. IMO this combo is one of the nicest fox convertibles
 
They make 17 inch chrome ponies now...................................... The chrome ponies look sweet but if he likes the corba wheels then thats all that matters...............
