Performance parts locally?

So this morning on my way into work the shift knob and about an inch of the shifter broke off my GTO, I could really use a local parts store that might have a Lou's Short Stick or Hurst set up. I've never looked for much locally, anyone know someplace I might give a call to?

local GTO shifter? good luck, youre prob better off rewelding it til the new one comes in. Ive never seen anyplace that stocked GTO parts

I doubt it. I have the stock one if you need something to hold you over until you can get a replacement. The most "local" place that stocks GTO parts would probably be Speed Inc in Chicago.

Come help me put my trans in, then we can drive my car. I have all sorts of shifters for mine.

Besides it would be in by now if last saturday you didnt make me watch the dance show on ch 38.
