Paint Chip Repair / Detailer recomendations????

Anyone know of a good detail shop / body shop to fix some paint chips and detail a new vehicle? It's a black vehicle and need to get rid of misc swirls and scratched from the dealer prep. It needs to be as clean as possible before installing some PPF.
