Was Dennis driving?

Okay, all fixed..........I forgot about YouTube

No, Dina Howe was driving, from Howe Racing. Her name is really Dianne, but I never knew that until Facebook...

This was the outlaw super late models on pavement. 700HP, 2600# wet, 62% LS weight, 12" gumball slicks all the way around. This car was all chrome moly and weighed 1860 with fuel and oil - no added weight or driver.

Geeeeeeez! As a kid, my dad always said that the "fat tire" cars crash more. I assume he did it to keep my attention... It took years for me to figure out he was full of crap! At first I thought maybe the fat tires made it harder to steer....? The life of a kid at a race track! I'm all jacked up on twizzlers and mountain dew!!!

Our drivers rarely crashed and the cars were always in great condition. I was always waxing the frame, too. But, this car was new and wasn't handling the greatest and she was a little further back than she normally was. Somebody hit her in the left door and the car climbed up the wall and turned over....

The roll over valve in the fuel cell failed and fuel was pouring out of the vent tube - Oil was pouring out of the dry-sump tank and Dina was getting covered in hot oil because the tank was right behind her....

grr
