opinions please

I am trying to decide if I want to keep the side moldings on my truck, or take them off. I am having a hard time deciding, so I figured I'd ask your opinions. Whatcha think?

Off looks clean but hello door dings. I personally would take them off and the emblems, I like the clean look
 
Looks good either way, I'd be worried what's under the moldings. I'm sure the clearcoat looks a bit fresher than the rest of the door.
 
Leave them on. With them off it will look like the typical lawn service/contractor truck.
 
Thanks for your input, guys. I think I am leaning toward putting them back on. I can't put my finger on it, but as Beigg said, its almost as if it cheapens the look of the truck without them. Before I removed them, I was thinking it was gonna look a little more clean/sleek, but how sleek can a vehicle with all the areodynamic properties of a brick be? lol

Trunk, I was actually pretty surprised at the uniform color, texture and lack of paint fade. There was some dirt underneath, but after cleaning, claying, and hitting it with a wheel, you would never guess that the surrounding paint had been exposed to the elements 9 years longer than the unexposed paint.
 
It doesnt matter the truck is pretty quick. The faster the thing is, the less the looks matter lol. Id leave them on IMO Nice truck sir!
 
I think they look better on. I have the same dilemma and a similar truck. Mine are faded out and I either have to get them painted or remove them.

Thanks for the kind words! I know its just a truck in a sea of bad ass cars here on MM, but I'm really happy with it. Sometimes I catch myself thinking, "Why the hell am I messing with this thing instead of just buying a Camaro or Mustang?" But I really enjoy having a "do all" vehicle....something about making a slow truck a little less slow is really fun for me.
 
Leave them off, loose the badges and get escalade door handles

i like them better off. i personally think it makes the truck look cheaper with them on. plus it looks alot cleaner without them.
 
I think if I do end up taking them off, some different wheels are gonna be in order. For now, the passenger side has them on, the driver's has them off. I can have it both ways. lmao
