Opinions on FTI Converters?

Just like the title states, anyone running one, or know somebody that is? I'm thinking their 4000 "Hard Hit" Billet Converter is gonna be my choice for my bolt-on Camaro SS...just looking for some more opinions...

I have had 2 Vigilante converters, bought both used, and they were the best ive had. my last was a 4500 non lockup with a transbraked powerglide. Great on the street, NA and perfect with a 200 shot. On motor it outran a Fuddle 5000 stall. Suprized me!

Can't go wrong with Yank, they have a bolt on LS1 figured out. A friend runs their 4000 and had better results than their 4400. Head/cam LS1 6500rpm max.

Terry Hendrix was one of the first to even recognize the advantages of a 245mm converter.
His commitment to quality is unsurpassed. (this is evident buy their 5 year unconditional warranty) Although I will not tell you Ive never had problems with precision converters over the 20 or so years Ive purchased from them, I have had a few that did not perform correctly out of the box.
They also sell "kits" to rebuilders, that include their billet cover.
I'm not certain, but Yanks covers appear 100% identical, if he does not buy them from precision he copied them nearly exact.
I tried several times to talk to the owner of yank, asking technical questions, and did not get a answer but rather a defensive and insulting attitude.
I never called back again. (keep in mind, I spend a very large amount of money yearly on performance converters for my customers)

I know Yank and Precision are very well known...but I've always liked working with smaller companies and I'm hearing/reading VERY good things about FTI. I called the other day and got Greg (the owner) on the 2nd ring.
