Open car trailer ental.....

Looking to rent a open car hauler to get my car out to Milford for some work. ANybody used the Uhaul trailers? Are they any good/safe? Just want to avoid renting a junk trailer, i assume that Uhaul safety checks the trailers, but figured i would ask for anyone that knows.......

Side note...anybody got a hook on them near Clinton Twp./Roseville area?

I've heard they won't rent you one if they think the tow vehicle isn't up to it. They make you rent a truck too. Don't know if its true or not.

and make sure you're not towing with a ford explorer, they won't rent out to anyone with a ford explorer, I've heard even the new ones they won't.

U-Haul is the best trailer Ive ever used. I have towed my Shelby as far as Florida with a uhaul trailer. It take less than 5 min to load, as hold down straps are built in and go around the front wheels.

Sweet, thanks guys, i'm towing my 99 Camaro SS to Milford with a 2015 Ram, they should be cool with that i hope. I hope the fenders are low enough to clear the doors opening.

I used a uhaul to get my 83 mustang back & forth from the autorama because my trailer was buried in the snow, everything was user friendly like 13secss very easy to load and built like a tank, 50 bucks a day.

Gun discounts are definitely yours anyways......When the paperwork is official via the ATF, i am planning on buying a Motown sponsorship. I already contacted Matt regarding pricing and such. Gotta get the Motown hookup going. Should be about a month and a half. First major buy i am doing are some DGW lowers with the old english D on them.

I think that's because the Mountaineer came standard with the 5.0
