Anyone ever use one of these sites?
We have no kids, and are able to talk sanely to each other (for now anyway) so dividing up our assets should not be a problem.
On the same note, anyone here get a legal separation?
My wife is handicapped and needs medical insurance.

Heads up, I have a very clean 55k mile Black/Black 93 Hatch that will be for sale shortly.
 
I will be the first to say and and I gaurentee not the last, get a lawyer. :thumbsup:

Are you bailing because her handicap is too much and did it happen while you were married? Not being a dick but the judge will bring it up and may force coverage anyway. PM Quickstang1983 he knows a girl thats a lawyer and he may be able to get an answer for you.

If you don't have kids, divide up the assets among yourself (including house in 1 parties name and handle the equity issue) a divorce is easy.

I've handled about 10 so far
 
My buddy used one of those sites for his paperwork. They agreed on dividing everything up and just filled out the paperwork and went in front of the judge. My ex wife & I did almost the same thing but had a friend that worked at a law office help with the paperwork instead. It's not bad IF you both stay civil. Good luck man.

I bought the Michigan Divorce Book today at lunchtime.
Looks like I've got some reading to do.
