time to buy a real pan. i am undecided between Stefs and Jeff Johnston's billet fab.

anything good or bad to say about either? i am ditching my moroso 7qt steel pan.

on which? the pan i have is a stock pan with a sump welded on, #1 it wont clear 4 bolt mains. B. there i power to be had with a better pan.

i got a few pm's with bad stories about both companys on another site. so i getting a price on a moroso 20516. kickout, scraper, w tray.
