The 2 lots we were working on farthner North did not pan out, prices went from being 2400 and then increased to 6000 for both lots with 30 spots. Spending 200 for a parking spot just isn't practical and i'm sure many would have backed out due to the cost. As a result, we're going back to our old faithful lot for this year(Room for 40+ cars), big thank you goes out to DLine for the support in getting the lot arranged and helping me out(We actually got the lot for MUCH less than previous years, big shout out to the crooked lawyer who owns it after we've rented from him every single year). Info is as follows:
Pricing- 50 for current club members, 60 for non-members, 50+25=75(You save 10 bucks!) for members who wish to renew membership at payment time. If this is the case, send the 40 to the [email protected]and the 25 renewal to our club paypal @ [email protected]
Payments- Payments can be maybe via paypal to [email protected] do not send them to the club account unless becoming a member. Day of payments can be made, but pre-paying is preferred so that we can pay the property owner ASAP.Once you've paid, please reply to thread with how many spots etc so that we can keep a running total also the amount you paid so that I can make sure DLine is squared away on costs.
I will provide hot dogs/hamburgers/beverages etc. on behalf of the club(That Costco trip is always fun to do by yourself!). Anyone that has coolers/folding table/ez up/etc. please respond with what you can bring as I do not have these items. Also, I will provide the charcoal, but do not own a grill if someone is willing to bring one also. Worst case we can buy one if need be.
Any interest in a port-a john again as long as zip ties aren't involved?
I will also have shirts on hand for sale!
Edit: Due to the lot owner being a greedy lawyer, we need to bump up the pricing by 10(pricing amount above is current per spot cost price). He increased the cost by $400 when met with him today. Any of u who got in on the presale are good, clubs just gonna have to eat the difference.
