, how did it get its original VIN back after being found with a different VIn? How are the Miles listed at 13k when its not the original cluster?

truck was stolen from GM, recovered, donated to sheriff dept rebuild by some deputies with parts donated by companies and people in the sy/ty community

then used as a police vehicle , never got a orange municipal title or a rebuilt or salvage title?

I feel sorry for the guy buying a "13,000 mile Syclone"
and then discovering what he really bought.
 
I work for the County and will be there with cash hoping the price on the truck doesn't go to crazy. The Camaro is the one that was mostly rebuilt by deputies not the syclone...the camaro does have an LT4 motor that was donated by GM.

Hello all,

I have been in contact with the owner of the syclone and I will be going to look it over this week.

The truck has 1200 miles on it, and was stolen off a delivery truck when new and untitled.

The "perps" converted the new syclone into a 1985 S-10. Stole the rims, cladding, etc and made it to look like a piece of 1985 crap.
