o2 Sensor issue

So I just put long tube headers onto my 2003 Mustang GT along with a catted x-pipe, both sets of o2 sensors got relocated a little. The front set got o2 extensions so the o2 can sit down at the collector and the rear set got MIL eliminators. I was kind of expecting to get a CEL because of the incorrect timing on the front o2 sensors since they got relocated further from the engine. Well I did get a CEL and when I took my car to AdvanceAuto they scanned it and it read something like "o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 2 sensor 2" and that would point me toward the rear o2 sensors. Do you think this is a malfunction in the MIL eliminators? Or did the o2 sensor get damaged? Could this happen from an exhaust leak? I disconnected the battery, reset the car then drove it around for over an hour without any CEL, then the next time I drove it I got a CEL just after driving it for a couple minutes. The CEL gets turned on about every other time I drive it, that seems weird to me. Well later this week I am going to try swapping the MIL eliminators to check if it is just a bad eliminator or if a sensor went bad. Let me know what your thoughts are if you have had any experience dealing with this kind of stuff. Thanks.

Bad MIL or rear o2, just get the rear o2's turned off with a new tune, your going to need a new tune anyway.

well, turns out that the first time i went to AdvanceAuto they might not have told me about a cel for the otherside rear sensor, because I swapped the eliminators got an error, went back to AdvanceAuto and got the same error on both rear sensors, so I decided to just rip both the eliminators out, now it works fine, so far. Funny how you plan ahead and get things to make a car run better after an install but it only causes more problems. Hope I don't see any CELs anytime soon. Thanks for the info.
