Not sure why, but this bothered me [game review content]

AutoEuphoria

Captain Slow
I've always really enjoyed rally racing and gaming, and naturally I really enjoy when those two paths cross. From the Colin McRae games to Dirt, I've just always really enjoyed that type of gameplay.

A new WRC game came out recently, and I was initially disappointed to see it had a low rating score (5.1/10).

THEN, I looked at the reviews posted by users:

OK, first...a ONE out of 10? Really? And all you have to say is "kind of a let down"? A "1" should be reserved for games that you literally cannot play. Hell, Fester's Quest for the NES doesn't even deserve a ONE, and that shit is as close to video game garbage as you can get. Maybe "Custer's Revenge" for the 2600 deserves a "1" for shitty gameplay and horrible premise...but any modern game that you can actually play deserves at least a "2".

The second one...do you even know what rally IS? Bitching about not being able to "rub elbows" with other players? Bitching about rocks and ravines? That is what makes rally INTERESTING. Why write a review and rate a game that you know nothing about?

Sorry, I know this is a stupid rant...I know there is more important stuff in the world, but shit like this just really gets to me some days.

Anyways, I'll write my own review once I get/play the game :)

Just kidding. Reviews are like that everywhere. Look at Google Play reviews were people (kids) have a 5 year old phone and then give a game 1 star because it requires a quad core processor and an HD screen so their POS can't run it. It's just how the internet works.

Ya - it's like the morons I run in to playing Forza for the first time that bitch Need For Speed handles better...
