Damn that's a pretty good match I think the best I've ever got was 100% of the first 2%:dontknow:
 
Havent seen a raise in 3 years, 401k is 100% match up to 3% but health care went down, only because its pre tax now

I have nothing good to say. I am overpaid for what I do and when I get laid off I will go to Honda and be even more overpaid.
 
Ours was 30% on 5%, now 100% on 3.5%.

Since we got bought, we're moving over to the other companys stuff. Health insurance has a $1 million lifetime cap. That seems way low and to easy to surpass.
 
My new employer demanded that I take my accumilated vacation time of 7+ days (keep in mind I only started in early August 2006) before the middle of December of this year. The time they had me take off is on a "use it or lose it" basis and this company belives in enjoying life, not just making money. So I have 7 extra days off between now and mid December. Next week is only a 3 day work week, and then a 4 day weekend...yet I'm getting paid my entire full time. Suck on that shit. :lol: :roll:

But the Dow is at an all time high and Bush said the economy was perfect. :laugh:

Sucks though - healthcare is where we're really get screwed out of our COLA.

On a more positive note, I am happy for Lenny. The kid seems to have a decent job, with good benefits, and he seems happy. :beerchug:
