my boy had one with a turbo and it went 11.20 at 124 with reg street tires on it. would never know till it got in boost. was a bad ride, since then ive always liked those cars. nothing was gutted everything worked like it should.

My friend has a burgandy 99 monte w/brickyard spoiler with a 3800 series 2 swap and HD trans with a turbo kit running on low boost. He goes up to OCB quite a bit. Has the LTZ style lumina wheels on it. Surprises a lot of cars. Check it out one day if you see him at the chinese food place next to OCB.

Sounds like you saw Ryan's car. It was a blower car up until this past winter now, its a turbo car.
