New threads & reply's - authorization failures

Guys, I have messaged a few people about this issue, but it's really making it difficult to function on the site. I am not sure what is causing it or why.

To create a new post, I login. Click post new thread. I type the normal info and the post and hit submit. Then it kicks me out and I need to login again. I relogin and now the post is posted.

BUT.

If I want to respond to any post including my own posts, it says I am not authorized to perform that action. It gets even crazier.

"You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."
It's hit and miss apparently. out of every 10 attempts and it varies, I can reply.

I have no idea why I didn't even consider that. Even though half the web pages on the net say that IE 9 is out of date.
I could go to IE 10, but can't find a Microsoft download link anymore, not sure why. And my company says 11 is not supported. Hell, half our documents are not supported on anything but IE because of the Microsoft back end settings.

And wouldn't you know it, going to chrome fixes the issues, lol. Sigh, sometimes you just need to take a step back I guess. Thanks

Last time this happened to me, Nick (cmyz28) fixed it for me. He's also the only one who seems to be able to fix the notification emails.

I still don't get the emails. Every other spam bullshit. Just not from here

Since I started using Chrome for MM site, I haven't had an issue at all. I am sure that if I was allowed to update to IE11 at work, I wouldn't have an issue, but We are only authorized up to IE10 which is not downloadable from Microsoft any more. Probably for a good reason too. Reading all types of issues which is probably why IE9 is borked like crazy.

Pshh, Geoff, This is my second account. You guys tried to edit me out years ago. I created new account and moved state for new IP. I will always find a way, lol.
