Three trucks were made by W2W (in Troy) for the SEMA show, and that was one of them. Also was Dale Earhardt Jr. "Big Red" and the "Rally Sport" truck:

I would pay GM 40 grand just so I wouldn't have to drive a truck that looks that god awful

Why don't you pay me instead, and you won't have to drive anything GM :)

I saw them in the studio before they left, they looked pretty sweet. They actually brought Dale Jr into the design studio in Warren. The designers met with him for like three hours getting his opinion on what he liked and didn't like. That truck is truly customized for him, it doesn't just have his name on it.

Whoa, slow down GM, Ford and Chrysler have been in this market for a few years now. GM needs to be a little more innovative, they are the largest auto maker in the world, you would think they could come up with on original idea once in a while.

You can also quote me about the ZL1 namplate will make a return to the camaro lineup and that will also have the LS7, provided that it isnt completly replaced by the LS9....It hasnt been decided weather or not theyll keep both motors around...

THe LS7 will power the CTS-V, Silverado SS, Z06 and ZL-1...The NEw GTO may get the Big motor.
the new LS3 will be the "base" motor for the vette, camaro and GTO
the tempest nameplate may return for the LS3 motor and the GTO may get the LS7
the LS9 is s supercharged 6.2 that will power the corvette SS, 650 ponies
i dont know if there going to keep the LS7 around for prdution cars, or do what they did with the LS6 and keep it in the catalog only..the LS3 is coming out (my dads heard 450ponies) not to long from now to bridge the gap between that and the LS9, so the LS7 may not be needed..the LS3 should power the base vette and then the LS9 will power the Corvette SS. so the LS7 may not be around after 2008

there are some big plans in the future...sit back and enjoy the show..
