New shop toy

MY buddy calls me the other day to go with him to Mackinac to check out this car. It's a 92 with a few light mods and a bad T5. We picked up another Stang the next day as a parts car for $800 with a nice T5 and most of the other incidentals we need to make a little toy. Anyway, just figured I'd share.

Already bought another hood to replace that stupid one that's on there, and the new head/tail lights are on order. Clutch was smoked but we've got another already. Sure is nice working on a car OFF the floor.

Nice, I love the hood though, just paint it all red. I'd lose the wheels if it was mine.

Probably gonna keep the wheels. Trans/clutch, etc going in today. Might be able to get some new wheels sometime, it's a 4-lug setup and if I can convince my buddy to change them to the 5-lug setup we will get something else.

Hood's gotta go. He's thinking of painting the car gunmetal grey at some point. Forgot to mention that there isn't a spot of rust on it...
