I finally broke down and bought another set of wheels and tires for the notch. Only the rears are on because of fitment issues with the front.
Polished 99 Cobra wheels, 275/40/17 Nitto 555. will be running 245/45/17 in the front.
Old wheel and tire on the right, new on the left. Big huge difference in both looks and handling, and especially ride quality.
Yes, those tailpipes are changing.
I'm going to need a set of SN-95 spindles, partially for wheel fitment but also for better geometry and scalability to bigger brakes down the line.
