Well, new to me. This was my Uncle's car for many years, as you can see it's been parked for a long time. I think it's been about 10-15 years since it last moved under it's own power.

It's all there, 327 small block out of a 67 Chevelle, 4 speed manual. It was running good when it was parked. I have to get my garage squared away then have it towed over so I can start work on it. I'd like to get it running and driving by the end of 2019, then start on the body work. :faint:

Yep...project is much more fun if it actually drives. Make sure the brakes are stompable 100%, then good rubber. Manual trans will be sweet. FiTech efi or do you like carbs? Cool car Justin! Will it have a hitch????? Lol

It's a carb currently and I will probably leave it that way.

Brakes are on the list. New rubber, going to need a new fuel tank, wiring, new brakes, and probably new floor pans from the looks of it right off the bat. Glass is all there, interior is all there.

Planning on a full out resto? If not, maybe just get it driving and enjoy it for a few years and set a plan for doing it exactly the way you want it. ;)

The plan is getting running and driving safe, then work on the body. Honestly it might need some body work just to accomplish that.

Post or hardtop?

Honestly I don't even know. It's been so long since I've seen it with the cover off, and I only lifted it up to grab a few pics and look in the interior.

I'll get a bunch of photos when I get it home.

I've been digging through photos of '55 chevys this past week, trying to get some ideas of what I might want it to look like when it's done. Of course that is a long way off, but still good to have a goal in mind.

Feel free to post any in here that you come across.
