Need advice on which one you would get. I wanted to get the new Iphone or HTC Evo. Are all the bugs worked out with Iphone now and how is the Siri software? Battery life was also a latest issue with Apple. Would like to hear from current users feedback on both phones.
 
Battery life on the iPHone is fine. I'd be more concerned with the Evo than the iPhone. If you like to tinker with your phone and do cool things to it, then get a Droid. If you like a phone to just do what it's supposed to do, get the iPHone. I'd recommend looking at the Samsung Galaxy S2. I have it and love it. 4g speeds (true 4g, not the speeds the iPhone says it thinks it can get). Dual Core processor and benchmarks above the 4s. Again, though it all depends on the type of person you are. You can own a droid and not mess with it and use it like it was given to you (my mom does just fine). The biggest problem with any Droid is bloatware that the provider puts all over it. It destroys battery life.
 
If you just want a phone out of the box that will operate find I say get the Iphone.

If you want a phone you can "tinker" with like Stalked R/T said get a droid. Evo or Samsung Galaxy S2. Oh and if you have a provider that supports 4g. I have sprint so its not worth another $10 a month for me.
