Hello all, new member here. I actually posted last week in the Photo Forum, but am not able to reply to the thread… the mods have determined that I’m tripping the site’s spam filter due to low post count and the picture of my Cobra. Anyhow, I wanted to say thank you to the members that welcomed me in my other thread, and introduce myself to everyone else.

I moved to MI from CA in January, and have not yet shipped my three Mustangs out this way. I am attending a one-year graduate program at UMich and hope to work for one of the big three afterwards. I will be working for Chrysler this summer, so we’ll see what happens! I look forward to joining the community here on MTM.

Edit- the mods most must have been able to sort out my other thread, all my previous replies just posted up... sorry for the multiple posts.

Welcome. Whats all done to the Cobra? Where are you living? If your near woodward theres always good crusing once the weather breaks

Thank you. I'm in Ann Arbor over the academic year, but I will probably move to Auburn Hills for the summer. Assuming I can get full time work here next fall, I'm looking forward to shipping my cars out. My Cobra has never left northern CA since leaving the showroom. It has still has the stock long block with the standard bolt-ons... Whipple 2.3, upgraded fuel system, alternator, electric water pump, pulleys, heat exhanger, exhaust, input shaft, clutch, springs, subframes, etc. Here is a link to in on my shop's site:

Ok guys, this is getting really annoying... I just wrote a reply to 1BadSn95 and it is not posting up. I keep getting the same message stating "Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting."

I approved it for you, but not sure why you're triggering the filter. Avoid the links etc in your posts for a while

Nice im in Rochester right next to Auburn Hills. The car looks great, theres a member here with a very similar looking car to yours. Hope to see ya around.
 
CMYZ28- Gotacha, I'll stop with the links, etc. Thanks again for your help.

1BadSn95- I'm sure the issue will get worked out once my post count gets higher, so I won't go anywhere just yet! There seem to be alot of nice people here, and fast cars... you don't see 8 and 9 second street cars running around San Francisco!
