So my girlfriend and I adopted this little guy. He was 1 of nine pups that were found abandoned and if they didn't find foster homes for them they would be....you know....:shutup:

We looked at him Sunday at the foster home and we officially adopted him Monday night. He's a good little boy. He has barked at the door to be let in, and knows sit, stay and down. He is a Lab mix, about 12-14 weeks old and around 14-15 pounds. We're gonna feed him well because we looks a tad skinny. He now has a loving home. He also gets along great with my parents 4-1/2 year old, 50lb Lab mix.

So excited....his first new toy. This is the only one he took from 4.
(The spot on his tail is black hair, no a bald spot.)

HAHA...thanks Reiko...he's been good so far, but yeah, my evenings are no longer relaxed. So far he has not touched our shoes, which is good. The pillows on the other hand....forget it. :lol:

Golden...Thank you. His name is Clyde. That's the name they had for him and we both actually really liked it. My parent's dogs is named Buster....so it's now "Buster and Clyde" "lol:

Thank you!!. BTW...Showing my girlfriend all the MM dogs in this photo forum is what made her want to get this one!! :lol: I'm serious. I love dogs and at first didn't want one. I have 6 more weeks of school to receive my BA degree and I really wanted to do nothing but concentrate on HW and studies, but oh well. I love the dog anyways.

Thanks you two!! I appreciate the kind words. She said she walked him today and when the rain came he freaked out and ran full blast all the way back to our house! :thumbsup:

Thanks and yes, my Mom and Dad both think he might have Beagle in him, which is fine because I don't really want a large dog. His bark is already pretty good for a 3 month old dog, but he has not howled at all. I will post up some pics in a few months when he gets bigger to see how he has changed. My parents dog Buster, is a lab mixed with a Basenji Terrier. His ears were almost as big in his puppy pics and he grew into them. :lol:

Thanks guys. He was fired UP last night. I had my Dad over, and two friends from bowling and he was running around the basement playing with everyone. Even after they left he didn't lay down until 12:30am. I crate him at night, but last night I did not. I let him sleep on my futon. He got up at 2:30am and barked at the door. I let him out, he did his business and barked to be let in. I hope he keeps that up!! :lol:
