New house, strange happenings

So i moved into this house a few months ago and i have been hearing some strange noises at night, lights flicker and ect..I am not really a believer of this sorta thing but my room mate and girlfriend are. My roommate swears he feels like he being watched, but i always just blew him off and didnt think much of it.... So i took this picture last night as a joke to show my girlfriend how she takes up the whole bed, mind you that it was dark in the room and nothing was on. Its weird because a few hours before we were talking about her best friend who had just passed away a few weeks ago and her father a few months ago and how she feels that they are watching over her. I personally don't believe on this sorta stuff but this picture was kinda odd...she believes 100%...what do you guys think orb or piece of dust..also the room was very cold when i walked in there now that i think about, i figured she left the window open but nothing was open

just wanted your opinions as a piece of mind..they swear by it, i am still kinda thinking that it was a piece of dust or something

Lol I didn't notice the glass behind it, coulda been a reflection.. I always think there is a explanation behind most things, but she is making me think otherwise. I know it's just a dumb picture but it made me think
 
Ehh it's probably just a piece of dust lol. I've had feelings like I've been watched before myself but then you think about it later and it's probably just psychological anyways.
