Wife wanted to go back to an old school, non adjustable thermostat. I bought this new, and used it for a year. No issues, looks and work like new. Factory reset and ready to rock.
Comes with original box, tools, everything. That's dust on the screen. Not a mark on anything. Like new.
Located in Macomb, but can meet up if near macomb or auburn hills...or in between.
