I need to get a written estimate for $300 worth of paint work to satisfy the underwriter for my mortgage, anyone on here that can hook that up for me? I have no problem paying for your time. I need it asap thanks.

You should not need an estimate for paint work, as ext paint can not be corrected in the winter. All should have to be done is, scrape any pealing paint.

first off thanks for the offer Steve, and the quote is for the concessions part of it. It's good to know about the peeling paint part for sure though.
