Just bought a new house and need a shed for the lawn junk. I checked c/l and there wasn't much, thought a mm might have one they wanted to part with.

If you end up building one, don't go with 10 x 10, go 12 x 12. That way you don't have to cut up 4 x 8 sheets of plywood, you can use the whole sheet. (That is unless you're looking for a metal one.)

Build your own, I built mine 2 years ago 12x14 for about $2k. I got quotes for what I wanted and they were talking $5k+, building it ain't much just the rat wall was a Bitch. Just my opinion, Gl.

Make your own shed. The look & ease of using a set of 6' house french doors is
really nice. Cheap ones can be bought at Lowe's for about $300.

When you add such a nice feature to a shed, it looks more like a house
& not some cheap $200 shed (that normally looks like crap next to a house).

I would have added a double French door set to my shed, but mine wasn't wide
enough. Building one from scratch you could easily add a set. The nice thing is
you only use one door to go in & out for small things (rake), then open both doors
to remove larger items (lawn tractor).

That would be a sweet first house, it would be like a studio apartment.. I could see a field of houses like that where the homeless could live.

I plan to build something similar to this in the next couple of years for my lawn tractor, snow blower, leaf blower, etc etc.

Thanks guys. I rebuilt this shed 2 years ago. I almost tore it down.
But then a friend gave me the used door, I had a bunch of scrap wood,
so I just rebuilt it. The only thing I had to buy was the paint.

The shed is complete with electric & is keyed alike with the house & barn.

I built an 8x12 a few years ago. No rat wall, I just sunk pressure treated 12x12 timbers into the ground, leveled them off and built off that. The whole thing cost me about 700 bucks. It was cheaper to use inexpensive plywood for the walls and use siding instead of nice plywood and paint, and its maintenance free. It's still in great shape 6 years later. I don't have any pics tho.

I'd vote way more for building your own shed than buying one. All it is some simple building skills.
