Need someone with a laptop with 8GB of RAM to load new ECU tune please....

I have a new tune file that I need to upload, but can't seem to find anyone with a laptop. The file is 4GB, so I need access to a 8GB RAM equipped Windows 7 laptop. i am in Lake Orion. I have the Softronic S/W, the firmware, USB to OBDC cable and required drivers. I am told the process takes 20 minutes.
