need parts carb or base plate for holley 650 ....and painless wiring

i need a base plate or a parts carb for my holley 650 let me know what you have . the carb is whats holding up my project . also loking for a painless wiring system. thanks for your time .
 
i have a buddy with a Holly 650 double pumper complete needs a rebuild its been sitting for awhile i can get it for $50-75 ? , Port Huron
 
I got one of these "swirl" adapters if needed?

i haqve one of thopse adaptors thanks though i need the base cause my buddy tightened down one of the ear to tight and cracked it off
