need mechanical help from a mechanic thanks! Please help!

We purchased a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T from ebay (dont laugh) It has a Hemi (not factory original) in it but we never heard it run prior to the sale. The big huge stereo/nav unit is missing as well. Alot of the wiring harness has stuff that isnt even plugged in. We are clueless. I found an old registration in the console from a previous owner in Wyandotte and I tried to reach out to him on fb and I think he was "creeped out". Anyhow if anyone is interested in making some fast cash helping my oldman get this car started it would be great! We are in Jackson but he pays really well. lmk thanks Julie

yes it originally had a HEMI in it from the factory. I am assuming the original engine was blown. It has factory dual exhaust with aftermarket mufflers. Here is the VIN# 2D4GV58235H510643.
