need help...my instrument cluster if freaking out

has this ever happend to anybody?? when i turn on my 4ways the fuel level gauge and temp gauge go up and the high beam light flashes...heres a video of what it does...please help

also the car is carbd with no computer. the only wiring in the car is the nessisity(sp?)

Check your grounds underneath the dash, one of them is probably rusty or loose.

I agree with pat. Sounds like a bad dash ground.

Ok ive got the problem solved. Since the car was a 4cyl i put the 85 mph cluster back in and all is well now. I had a cluster out of an 89 GT and the layout is different and was causing an open circuit
