need help??? 2001 impala starts when it feels like it

I have a 01 impala with a 3800 and I can't figure what the hell is going on with it.
The car will drive. Normal then when you go to restart it all it will do is click like a bad starter.
If you jump the car it will start. I took the car to the parts store and checked the alternator,starter,and the battery. Everything tested good but the very next day the damn thing left me stranded again. I have good voltage when it won't. Start. The security light isn't on. I have solid. Connections. Any ideas?
 
I had a 2000 impala with the 3400 it would start when it wanted u could jump the starter and it would start ended up just replacing the starter and now works fine I also had no security light on also. I had power to everything all the way down but starter had no power....
