Ok I was taking the car for a ride to get gas before covering the car for the winter (had maybe 1/8th tank), so let the car warm up for roughly 10min before driving, drove fine until I got to the stop sign and proceeded to get on it maybe 3/4 throttle when I left the stop sign and then the car just died, made no sounds,noises,etc....just died like I unplugged the battery....so I get it to the side of the road and try to restart it and nothing, acts like it wants to start but just don't turn over, when I tried starting with my foot on the gas it turns over and just bogs back out, so had someone with a code reader come check it out and it pulled 2 codes p0405 & c1805, tailpipes smell very rich.....so anyway I get the car towed back home and let it sit overnight and try starting it the next day and my battery is dead, so I jump the car and it backfires (scared the shit out of me lol) so try starting again and it starts but runs rough and have smoke coming out the rear (smells very rich) and when I step on the gas a lil its really boggy so I turn the car back off and try restarting again and nothing, wont start again.....it seems if I let the car sit for a couple hrs it will start but just runs rough....somethings definitely wrong.....Any suggestions?

Ok the car is an 04 gt with stock block and a procharger p1/intercooled 8lbs, stock heads/comp270 cams/beehive springs, bbk78mm tb/plenum, 42lb inj's, tial 50mm bov, bbk long tubes, full exhaust, 1 255lph fuel pump, boost a pump, 90mm lmaf, diablo mafia, tuned by lidio oct/2012 400/411.

Any help would be much appreciated,
Lonny

Sounds to me like either the fuel pressure regulator messed up or you have an injector or 2 stuck open. If It were me I would pull the injectors and rail up off the intake and cycle the key without starting, see if any injectors are either pulsing or just spraying continuously. Definatly an over fueling issue. That would be the fastest and easiest thing to check first.

It probably doesn't start right after shutting off because you are filling a cylinder or two with fuel.

I will check on these suggestions, thanks

Prolly explains the backfire....if its filling up with fuel

Ok got some time today to do some searching.....found the problem, the maf was detached from the i.c piping, connected it back up and started right up lol.

Now i have another small issue, my wideband is blinking 20.0 lean, so i checked for codes and i have 3 p2196, p2197, p2198 all o2 sensors....is this from having extra fuel that hasnt burned off in the exhaust system from trying to start it all the time before finding the problem?

There is a fair chance you washed them down when you were overfueling.
Take them out and look them over. Hit them with some electrical contact cleaner and some air. Re-install.
If it throws the same codes, you'll need new ones.
