Need Explorer Center caps

I need 4 center caps like the one in the picture for a Ford Explorer or 2 of the Mercury Mountaineer caps.

Rims are the 15" ones

I think the rims like this they put on Rangers were 16" and I don't know if the 16" caps are the same.

don't they go on the hubs, then the rim goes over them?
