Need aluminum welded

I have a small hole in a thin aluminum coolant line that i need patched. Small as in about the size of a pen tip. The pipe I would guess is only 1/8 thick, maybe a tab bigger but nothing heavy duty, so a low amp / low power weld.

Who can do this on the east side? Should take long than 5-10mins tops.
