Need a Plot Plan/surevy done

need help finding someone who can draw up a plot plan/survey for a privacy fence on my property? Have a mortgage survey from the 60's but the city wants a plot plan before they'll give me a permit. Willing to pay someone to do it because i have no idea how to do one.

I drew mine up using AutoCAD, from my original mortgage survey. They want to know how far you are from the nearest building and your lot line in all directions. The city of Troy was actually pretty helpful and know that homeowners do a lot of work themselves and want you to do it correctly. I would do it for you, but I don't have AutoCAD on my home computer anymore.....

I don't have auto cad or any drawing software that would make this easier.
